How to make the switch power source transformer ?

The switch power source transformer is one linear coil type transformer which made by EE ferrite cores or EI ferrite cores with the plastic bobbin and enamel copper wire windings by different turns. Each one different winding by insulated by the insulation tape. The wire terminals of each winding be winded on the pins of bobbin. Then to tin the solder so that make sure each one wire terminals be soldered and connected with the pins in good. Then insert and fix the ferrite cores into the bobbin after winding and soldering. Often use the insulation tape or glue to bond the cores. Then to do the insulation varnish dipping processing and drying. To do the finally testing after completed these processing.

The transformer manufacturer need use our multi spindles fully automatic transformer coil winding machine or our precise semiautomatic transformer winding machine to complete the windings and insulation tape wrapping processing. Use our automatic core bonding tape taping machine to bond the ferrite cores. Use our automatic soldering machine to tin solder of wire terminals. Use vacuum varnish impregnation machine to dip the insulated varnish into the transformer to enhance the transformer insulation grade. Use industrial hot air cycle oven to dry the varnish after dipping the varnish. Use the automatic transformer tester to measure and check the transformer finally.
