The (SS-FAC03) winder is one non-cam type precise programmable automatic flat wire standing layout air coil winding machine with 6PCS motion axes. This winding machine is called flat wire air rectangular coil winding machinery, electric car charger transformer winding machine too. This winding equipment is used for winding the thick flat wire air rectangular coils, flat wire air round coil and wrapping flat wire on the toroid or rectangular core ( wind flat wire on the core directly by standing layout,Operator need hold the core.). No need operator when winding coil without core. This winding machine can bend and cut the wire terminals (pins) of coil automatically. But some special shape of pins can not bend by it. Can wind the double same rectangular coils ( rectangular twin coils) in series connection.
