The slider type Automatic Big Toroid Winding Machines (SS300S series) adopt precise digital toroidal controller and big inner diameter winding shuttle. They are an accurately and reliability digital automatic toroidal winding machine. They are also be called fine wire toroid inductor winding machine and voltage instrument transformers winding machine. They are used for winding the fine wire on the heavy toroid core. Such as : big toroidal inductors with fine wire, big toroid transformers with fine wire, big toroidal current transformer with fine wire, big toroidal coil with fine wire, big toroidal chock coil, big toroidal power inductors, big toroid power magnetic coils, big UPS inductor with fine wire, big converter inductors with fine wire, heavy toroidal core with fine wire coils, etc. .
Features：
1. Collocate the slider type big winding head to wind fine wire, and interchangeable roller table with different size shuttle(magazine) for different dimensions coils and different wires,turns, so that to reduce the cost. one set standard automatic toroid coil winding machine include one PCS winding shuttle only, other sizes winding shuttles are optional.
